Packages are shipped from our studio located in Clermont, FL. Please allow 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for domestic U.S. shipment as our products are either handmade or made to order.
Meeks Candle Co. is not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local USPS office directly for any lost packages.
Refund Policy
At Meeks Candle Co., every candle undergoes thorough inspection before being carefully packaged and shipped to ensure top-notch quality for our customers. We stand by our products with a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition, with its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your approved return is received, we'll promptly notify you. Expect a refund to be issued to your original payment method. Just a friendly reminder, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to process and appear in your account.
